Old trees, older homes and everything in between
Leavenworth is the oldest city in Kansas, and a lot of its neighborhoods show it in the best way: tall oaks and maples, deep lots and houses that have been standing for a century or more. That means shade that thins out the grass, roots at the surface and a lot of leaves every fall. We set the mowing height to help shaded fescue hang on, trim carefully around surface roots and schedule more than one fall leaf visit for yards under big trees. One customer's 1800s home has had its whole landscape brought back over a few seasons, and it's still one of our favorite stops.
Apartments, HOAs and businesses
Not every job is a backyard. We took one Leavenworth apartment complex from overgrown to striped in a single five-hour visit, and it's been on the regular route since. We also mow HOA common areas and pond banks and maintain grounds for local businesses. If you manage a property in town, we'll walk it with you and give you a set price.
Close enough to notice
Being based in Leavenworth means short drive times, a route that runs on the same day every week and someone who can swing by if something doesn't look right. Customers on Fort Leavenworth's edge, on the south side toward Lansing and out toward the county roads are all on the regular route.
