Why “Lion’s Heart”
There's pride in every stripe, every clean line and every yard that goes from “just there” to “who did that?” That's the idea behind the name. A lion's heart means doing hard work with courage and doing it right, even when nobody's watching. The stripes are just the part everybody sees.
The Pride
Lion’s Heart is a family operation: his kids work alongside him through the summer, learning to run a trimmer and a stand-on mower the right way, with a few trusted crew members helping out. Long days in the heat and catch-up weekends after rain are part of the job, and so is a cold drink from Sonic at the end of a hot one.
How we work
- Same crew, same day. You'll know who's coming and when.
- We tell you when plans change. Rain, heat and equipment repairs get posted on our Facebook page, so you're never left guessing.
- We look out for your yard. If your lawn is too wet or too dry, or something needs attention, we'll tell you.
- We know our limits. We don't spray or fertilize. For that, we send you to our friends at Oak Creek Nursery and Landscape, who've sent plenty of customers our way too.
Homes, HOAs and businesses
Most of our route is homes, but we also take care of HOA common areas and pond banks, apartment complexes and local businesses. Whatever the property, it gets the same attention.
